The first of those recipes is ‘Mini Tarts with Chocolate Ganache‘ – you all know by now I look for excuses to add chocolate to anything so that was obviously my choice of filling. But it’s still a good idea to add different fillings to your tart cases to add a bit of variety. Lemon filling would be a good example. Do try out this recipe to start your holiday on a winning note. Time to start off the day with a useful baking tip: To help keep your cake moist, always place a slice of raw bread on top of the cake. Trust me it works! So now you no longer have to worry about baking your cake a night before and ending up with a dry cake the following morning!
