Time to start the holiday prep with Mini Tarts and Chocolate Ganache!

Standard

With the holiday season coming up, your house is going to be packed with family and friends. We, at The Bake-a-logue, want you to enjoy your time with the family and not end up stuck in the kitchen the whole time. To help achieve that we will be coming up with the perfect nibbles which are ever-so easy to make and will wow your guests enough to think you have made such an effort 🙂 …

The first of those recipes is ‘Mini Tarts with Chocolate Ganache‘ – you all know by now I look for excuses to add chocolate to anything so that was obviously my choice of filling. But it’s still a good idea to add different fillings to your tart cases to add a bit of variety. Lemon filling would be a good example. Do try out this recipe to start your holiday on a winning note. Be creative and happy baking! 🙂

Tip of the day!

Standard

Time to start off the day with a useful baking tip: To help keep your cake moist, always place a slice of raw bread on top of the cake. Trust me it works! So now you no longer have to worry about baking your cake a night before and ending up with a dry cake the following morning!

It’s tea time with coffee & walnut cake!
