The first of those recipes is ‘Mini Tarts with Chocolate Ganache‘ – you all know by now I look for excuses to add chocolate to anything so that was obviously my choice of filling. But it’s still a good idea to add different fillings to your tart cases to add a bit of variety. Lemon filling would be a good example. Do try out this recipe to start your holiday on a winning note.
