Weekend …. it’s pancakes time!

Having pancakes for breakfast has become a bit of a weekend ritual at home as they are my husband’s fav! So today I thought why not share this simple recipe with you guys too …. so here goes ..
All Purpose Flour: 1 cup
Caster Sugar: 2 tbsp
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: pinch
Egg: 1
Milk: 1 cup
Unsalted Butter (melted): 2 tbsp

In a dry bowl sift together all the dry ingredients ie. All purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
Add the egg followed by milk and whisk together (do not use a beater .. a simple whisk wld do) for not more than 3 minutes.
Add the melted butter right at the end and whisk together until well-combined.
Lightly grease your pan, and gently pour the batter using a ladle (or I just use 1/2 cup).
Allow each side to cook for 2 minutes.
Stack your pancakes together and serve with maple syrup or any other syrup of your choice

Simple, isn’t it? Have a great day everyone and enjoy your weekend!
