What’s stirring?


Ready for the mighty quick dinner recipe for this weekend? Today I have for you Chicken Stir Fry with Mixed Veggie Rice … Think I better publish this and grab my plate as this one’s going fast! Bon Appetit!


Recipe as follows:

For the Chicken:
Marinate chicken strips with Soya Sauce (2 tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 tbsp), Chilli Garlic Sauce (2 tbsp), salt (1 tsp) and black pepper (1 tsp). Refrigerate for at least 30 mins if possible.
Meanwhile slice tomatoes, green pepper, red pepper, spring onions and any other vegetables you would like to add.

Heat a little oil in your pan. Add the chicken marinade followed by the chopped vegetables and stir fry. For more gravy you can add a little water and then thicken it using cornflour.

For the Rice:
Boil rice beforehand and allow it to cool. Heat a little oil and add the chopped veggies. Add rice alongwith some Soya Sauce (1 tbsp). Give it all a good stir and serve hot!
